Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. First chose this hotel because there is a mosque in its neighborhood and close to the mall. Directly booked 3 nights. The carpet room, once spacious, still plus a long chair anyway. It's obviously easy for a shrine. The bed is very comfortable, although the AC is less cold, but can allow to open the room window. Water heater and cooling refrigerator are also available. Large bathroom with wide and soft towels. Hair dryer is also available. Overall all room facilities make guests comfortable. TV channels, although not many, but enough. National TV and movie channels. This is unique, initially thought the power plug for charging the ehp is very limited, but after looking more carefully there was hidden in each table next to the bed. The mosque was also comfortable with thick carpet, although there was no priest fixed. Out of the hotel on the right there is a quiet piset mall, but there is Superindo there. across the hotel also has a nice seafood restaurant. If you want to walk a little, there are a lot of places to eat. For example, across the hotel towards jl. Bulls around Muhammadiyah Hospital. Or out the hotel on the left to the Stone Fruit Street lined up a dining area, starting from Pizza Hut, Burger King, Scrambled Chicken, Soto Boyolali, safe already. There is a recommended place for buffet food or botram, there is a ceuodah kitchen right across from the Alfamart that can try. Like a large parking lot, lots of elevators and a large dining room. No wonder breakfast looks like a wedding, with separate booths. Talk very tasty. Please try the slatter if you have a chance. For smoking can't be in this dining room, plan to stay here again, a wonderful experience. If so, no minus for the key card that must be reversed three times so that every door will open, the dirt on the carpet of the room that is not sucking all by the vacum cleaner and the shower water drain that is not immediately throw water1

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel room before it sells.. especially it has been booked.. There's a fake eyelashes on the wall. there are still mosquitoes in the room the air conditioner sound is really noisy ...

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there
