The hotel are old and really need to do refurbished. The carpet in the room is smelly and many items in the room did not well maintained. Breakfast spread are not good too.

The cleanliness of the room was really not maintained, several times I asked for the pillow case to be replaced because there were lots of spots, the bedsheet and duvet had lots of spots, soap was not provided even though there was a soap dispenser but nothing in it. The view of the room is quite okay, strategic location in the middle of the city, service is just ordinary because not all the staff are friendly, some are rude too. Thanks🙏🏻
