I love, Love, love..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! A fantastic place to sray for your winter getaway, hidden just outside of banff town ,all rooms have a fireplace in them to cook smores

Lovely location and beautiful hiking path on the property. Hotel room was not terribly clean and we couldn’t open the windows for fear that we would lose our cat as the screens were not well secured. Hotel room was a little shabby. Expected better quality for the price. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It's a 30-minute walk from the main street, and I have a pass that allows me to ride the bus for free, but I didn't use it except for the first day because the interval between buses was long. It is very quiet and peaceful except for the occasional train horn. The front desk staff are all very friendly. We provide simple cleaning services such as towels and bed making. The carpet on the floor was sticky (I didn't want to know) so I had to wear shoes. The coffee pot and drip machine were in hygienic condition and unusable. The location and cleanliness was surprising as there were no bugs. The condo I used had 4 rooms in one building, and I was assigned a semi-ba*****t room, so the entrance was in the ba*****t and the yard was on the ground level. Perhaps because it was a wooden building, the footsteps of guests upstairs were very loud. It may have been intended to create a cozy feel since it has a fireplace, but the lighting was too dark. But it was fun burning wood and making s’mores. Of all the accommodations I stayed in in Canada, even excluding the price, this was the lowest-ranked accommodation.🙃..I could forgive it because the front desk staff was friendly and Banff was beautiful...

We had an issue with our room. The front desk manager handled it immediately by moving us to a new room that met all our expectations.

The resort and amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I would only ask that they stock the kitchen with more kitchenware like a roasting pan or casserole dish for the oven and a working toaster. We made do without but it limited our cooking options. All in all the location was remote and felt very peaceful. Right near the Tunnel Hiking Biking Loop which was a nice access point to a great lookout area!

It was close enough to Banff Ave where heading down there wasn’t a big deal, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The room wasn’t super fancy or anything but it had everything that we needed so it was perfect for us. We did have noisy neighbors above us, but that’s the the resorts fault

The property is dated, but exactly what we expected and was looking for. Wood burning fire place in our room, outdoor hot tub, stunning scenery and off the beaten path. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway.

For the price the property should be in better condition. The hot tub has pieces of tile missing in places and is too overcrowded. Was expecting more for the price, the pictures are deceiving– I would stay here again but not for the price I paid.

The hot tub and sauna area is nice. My room came with a fire place which was nice. Unfortunately the rooms are slightly outdated and seemed not very clean. The hotel room above us was very easy to hear the other people and their steps were very loud so definitely need ear plugs.

I love going to this resort for the outdoor hot tub and the wood burning fireplaces. They could fix up the condo I was in abit and do some deep cleaning. You could see dust coming up out of the heat vent onto the wall. Plus the towels in the bathroom had holes in them.

I loved this property. Every amenity you could ask for, the hot tub is amazing, fireplace is perfect. Town shuttle right at property is super easy to get to and from town.
