"I originally wanted to book a hotel in Lake Louise, about a 30-minute drive away, but I could only get two nights out of three there, so I ended up booking one night here. The location is quite convenient, just a few minutes walk from the main street, and parking is easy. However, the room facilities were really poor. The room was tiny, and the dark gray duvet made me wonder if it was clean or not. Foreigners don't use duvet covers; they just put a sheet between you and the duvet insert. I kept worrying about touching the duvet insert in my sleep. The pillows were square cushion inserts, uneven and lumpy, and I had no idea what was inside them. Sigh, and it cost over 3000! "

"The Banff Hotel, which was booked one day in advance during the peak season, was better than expected. The room was larger than the marked area and very quiet. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The facilities were not new but not bad. The staff was very nice and did not clean the room by default. It is located on the east side of Banff Avenue, about 800 meters from the center. There is a gas station and highway not far outside. The underground parking lot is very convenient."

"This has to be the most expensive Moxy we've ever stayed at, haha! As a Platinum member, we received a welcome drink and a $20 daily food voucher! However, the food was quite unappetizing. The outdoor hot tub was great, super warm and very relaxing when it wasn't crowded. The lobby had a lot of entertainment options. Overall, it's a relatively new accommodation in Banff. It's a bit far from Banff town, so you can't walk there. The room itself was quite basic."
