The hotel has character and we had the perfect stay. All staff was super friendly and inviting. The front desk employee was super helpful and explained our ROAM passes and the other amenities perfectly. Loved that Rocky Mountain Soap Co was in all the bathrooms, too! All in all, a great experience for a great price and I would highly recommend it. "

For some reason, the prices of hotels in Banff have increased so much. The hotel is a bit expensive. You can stay in Canmore, 16 kilometers away. The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit."

I like the spaciousness of the loft when you have so many luggages. The hot chocolate station in the evening is a nice touch. There is a famous farm & fire restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t get to try. The indoor parking is $5 CAD."

"The location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up."
