"The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is just 5 mins walk to the Elk hotel / Mount hotel. The front desk Rose Ann was very helpful and introduced us about the things can be done in Banff and the awesome food nearby. The room is very clean. The house keeping managed our room very well. The hotel also has a corner that provided 24 hour coffee, tea and chocolate. My friend and I also enjoyed the hot spring for 2 nights. It has been a wonderful stay in the Peaks Hotel. Will definitely recommend others to stay in Peaks if they travel to Banff !!!! :)"

Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is located at the far end of Banff Avenue, about a 20-minute walk from downtown. There are two parking options: you can choose to pay for parking in their lot, or use the free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the sink was a bit clogged, so the drainage wasn't very smooth. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay.

Guest UserThe hotel is a bit far from Banff Centre, but there's a bus stop right outside, and the hotel provides free bus tickets. We stayed in a room with a view and could see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service; we stayed for two nights, and on the second day, our room wasn't cleaned, and toiletries and bar items weren't replenished. The air conditioning was also very noisy, and even though maintenance came to adjust it, there was no improvement.

Guest UserOur stay at Caribou Lodge was perfect! Exactly what we were expecting. The proximity to downtown is great - 10 minute walk or you could take the ROAM bus straight downtown. The hotel has character and we had the perfect stay. All staff was super friendly and inviting. The front desk employee was super helpful and explained our ROAM passes and the other amenities perfectly. Loved that Rocky Mountain Soap Co was in all the bathrooms, too! All in all, a great experience for a great price and I would highly recommend it.

Have different hotel activities for us to join to understand more about the Hotel History and Banff, say Hotel History Tour, Twilight Walk.

There are different restaurants for our choices, I love The Rundal, Waldhaus, The Vermollion Room, all with good scenery at window seat.
*advance reservation via online is suggested
The yoga class, gym room, outdoor hot pool, indoor pool are also good for us to have some relaxation activities!

Guest UserMy partner and I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was comfortable, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were a few details that housekeeping seemed to have missed. The facilities were fairly basic and a bit dated, but everything worked as expected. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, and we would consider coming back for a short visit.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace that was perfect for keeping warm when it was cold. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware, so we could easily prepare our own dinner and breakfast.

XinqiaoEverything about this hotel, from its facilities to its service, was impeccable. The room was wonderfully warm, and all the other details were almost perfect. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

TuziBanff's beauty really overshadows any flaws this hotel might have. Its advantages are clear: it's super close to the main street, has a balcony where you can get some fresh air, and I even saw a squirrel! There's a cafe right outside with delicious croissants. The microwave in the room was a pleasant surprise; it was great to be able to heat up some food. All in all, besides being a bit pricey during the summer holidays, everything else was perfect.
