Good location and convenience. Also good to have underground parking. Buy not sure when can I get the security deposit although the front desk staff stated it will be back to my credit card after check out but not.

Our stay at the Banff Park Lodge was wonderful. The renovated rooms are beautiful. The location is great. We used the pool and steam room many times during our stay, they were really nice!
We'll definitely stay there again.

Location was great, we found ourselves walking everywhere from the hotel for every meal as the proximity to everything was so close. The room was very nice and bathroom had 2 types of shower heads, one that’s able to be handheld. If we ever travel back to Banff again I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel, probably recently renovated because the hallways had that new car smell.
Clara at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Location is also great within Banff.
My only complaint is related to the temperature controls in the room. I like a cool room, and whatever I did, I could not get the temperature to drop. Even set at the lowest, with fan at maximum, the temperature stayed above 20c.

I stayed for five nights and slept comfortably. The room had an electric kettle, which was great for a Chinese stomach that prefers hot water. There was also a microwave and a coffee maker. It was convenient and comfortable.
