環境十分整潔，房內仍有一浸新裝修完的氣味。屋內兩房兩廁所，很適合一班朋友一起去度假。廚具也十分齊全，想自行解決三餐也很方便。而且屋外有提供免付款泊車位，適合自駕遊，這裡down town只需要車程數分鐘，想到Banff town補給或逛街也很方便。酒店設備還有室內泳池、健身房及桑拿房，我們留了在這裡四天也沒看見有人會使用。唯一的不足就是屋內燈光偏暗。

酒店位置比較偏，大約離班夫小鎮1-2公里左右，但整體來說性價比很高，我們的房間空間很大，還有個開放式廚房，可以自己煮飯來吃，對於來班夫滑雪的朋友們，隧道內觀光酒店是個不錯的選擇

로프트캐빈에는 화목벽난로가 설치되어있어 추운 날씨에 좋습니다.
사우나도 짧게 몸풀기에 쓸만합니다.
수영장은 어린이들이 좋아할 작은 규모입니다.
시설은 조금 낡았지만 서비스는 좋습니다.

很舊的小木屋了，但還算舒適，在國外不能要求太多不能用國內的裝修標準，樓上兩張床，樓下一張大床，可以住6個人了性價比比較高。服務不好主要是我忘了一些麪在櫥櫃裏，有一盒我剛買的一蘭拉麪，60刀很貴的，退房第二天電話前台，他們説沒看到，打掃衞生的也沒看到，我就無語了。
It's a old cabin, but it's quite comfortable. You can't ask for too much in abroad and cannot use domestic decoration standards. There are two beds upstairs and a large bed downstairs. It can accommodate 6 people and is relatively cost-effective. The main reason for the poor service was that I forgot some noodles in the cupboard. There was a box of YiLan ramen that I just bought. It was very expensive at 60 dollars. I called the front desk the day after I checked out and they said they didn’t see it, and the cleaning staff didn’t even look at it. I was speechless.

門口就有巴士，雖然不包含早餐，但是工作人員給了我們一張Bus票，可以三天的無線免費乘坐當地的Bus，是一個很不錯的出勤選擇

房間顏色感覺比較暗，樓梯有些陡和窄，衞生還不錯，隔音稍微差些，夜歸客人説話聲音比較嘈雜，總體上比較滿意。
