The room is big and comfortable. The only downside is that the room near the window is noisy at night. Overall it is very good. The children like it very much. I will consider this hotel next time I go to Banff

It was a good accomodations! Everything is clean, and even have a microwave in the room!! Ground staff is friendly! All the basic amenities are met! 👍🏻👍🏻

The room is quite big, quite beautiful and unique, but it is damp and smelly. The service desk is next door, and the garage is too low to accommodate large cars.
