The hotel provides good design facilities. It is far from the commercial area. The room is clean, not too small, clean and bright, and the staff is very friendly. Banff is a good place to visit! ! !

Excellence to stay for a couple of days- nice hot tub area. The kitchens are really just a mini fridge and tiny microwave w no counter space at all.

No hot water for the two days that we stayed here. If you enjoy a hot shower, spend your money elsewhere. The hot tub was lukewarm as well. Very disappointing. They offered us money off of our room rate when I asked, but it did not make up for the bad experience.
