Beautiful modern room, full kitchen, bright, clean, great price, and clear communication. Will stay again!

Location and being walking distance to all the shopping and dining areas was key for our visit.

Great location in Banff downtown. Walkable to shops and eat. The property is new and clean. The two bedroom suite is spacious, with fully stocked kitchen.

This place was amazing! This is our third time in Banff and this place offered the best views from the room than most of the hotels on Banff Ave. We had a one bedroom suite and the only critique is that there was no dressers in the room to unpack. The bedroom is on the smaller size but didn’t feel cramped. We ended up just unpacking into the kitchen cupboards and that worked perfectly for us. All the kitchen appliances were brand new, the couch was very comfy. Parking is the only thing, we ended up parking our whole time here (6 days) at the Cascade Shops parking garage, it’s $30 a day but we were on the 4th floor and there’s access from the hotel to the parking garage if your on the 3rd or 4th floor. We would go out during the day come back around 4pm and leave the next day around 8am and that was $30 Overall I highly recommend Basecamp Banff especially if you’re looking to save money by cooking meals in the room like we did. Hotel is right by the IGA and easy to get from and to the IGA, liquor store and Banff Ave

First time staying with Basecamp and will again when there is one around. Worked great for a family with 3 young kids.

Overall a great place to stay while skiing at Sunshine and Lake Louise. Really nice to have a grocery store literally right next door. The unit had a nice kitchen to cook meals although it could use some additional items for cooking. Two drawbacks of this place were that the extremely convenient parking costs an additional $30/day. When it's -20C overnight and in the morning, walking even 3 blocks to retrieve your car is a big hassle. Also, there were no laundry facilities available, which is a "nice to have", not an essential. The hot tubs on the roof were wonderful with fantastic 360degree views of the surrounding mountains. Overall I would recommend this place to others. Very convenient to skiing at Sunshine, 40 minutes to Lake Louise.

Absolutely loved this place in an ideal position in Banff. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean, modern and bright with a beautiful view. Everything you needed to cook if you wished. Hot tub up on the roof in the snow :) Great staff too - very helpful.

Ensure you make note of any damage in the apartment the moment you arrive. Got hit with $180 fee for a stain on the couch.

The property could not have been a better location. Very clean, had everything and more for a great price.
