3-Star Hotels in Bang Saphan Noi

The experience with this hotell started bad with a reception that at our arrival didnt understand any english. After a while a thai customer, that spoke some english, passed by and helped the reception. We didnt get the room. we booked as there was some technical problem with the room so we got som every bad rooms in some kind of anex. Very dirty rooms. The resturant was closed, but at the good side there was a very good resturantwith fair prices situated just about 50 meters from the hotel, along the beach. There is also a small convinient shop on the oterside of the road from the parking area.

Regarding the location, it’s really bad. If you don’t drive by yourself, you won’t come here. However, it is really not ordinary beauty, picturesque and very quiet. Be sure to watch the sunrise at 6 o'clock in the morning, do not regret it. The boss is very enthusiastic Good morning, everyone can add a set meal. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not easy to swim in, it is like a small villa dedicated. The decoration is too old, you need to bring your own toothbrush. There are a lot of mosquitoes, there are fleas, and you need to prepare enough anti-mosquito and insect-proof potions, which are also sold in hotels and supermarkets.

What can you expect from a stay on an island that costs more than 12,000 TBH per night in the best case? Due to the effects of the Covid19, the price was reduced to 4600.-TBH. still a proud price. Ultimately, however, the cheap offer was not convincing. We could not move into the booked accommodation. instead we got an upgrade near the main building. The open-air shower area of our accommodation was defaced by the unspeakable blue water pipes that came out of the wall somewhere and disappeared again in another corner. There were enough storage spaces and cupboards. despite the large room, the air conditioner was aimed right at the bed. WiFi only works near the lobby. those who sleep lightly will not be happy about the generator that supplies the island with electricity. If you are unlucky and have neighbors in the bungalow, you will have to sleep with earplugs. A snorkeling trip is included in the price and is only recommended if you have your own equipment. There are also positive things to report. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks good English. Despite the few guests on the island, the food was always very good and varied. Fantastically beautiful and clean the beach and the crystal clear water. we wanted to relax and enjoy the sea. we succeeded

Stayed in a coconut room with an interconnecting door to our daughter. Large room & bathroom. Everything worked well. Very comfy large bed. I asked for a softer pillow & extra hangers all of which were promptly delivered. Wonderful polite caring, smart staff. Fabulous environment & quiet. Taxis organised through the hotel from & to Phuket airport worked very well. Only comments would be breakfast could have been more varied. It would have been nice for more variety of fruits to include bananas & mango & a different cheese. It also would have been nice to see the general manager around? Housekeeping in the main was very good although on one occasion no mosquito pellet left nor tea bags. Minor really. I would return - loved all of the local restaurants/bars. Great to be out of Kho Lak
