The hotel's location is superb 👍🏻 It's connected to the large mall next door, so everything you need is right there. They even offer free late-night snacks from 11 PM to 12 AM: the unsweetened soy milk is delicious and super smooth (you can add syrup yourself), the black glutinous rice sweet soup isn't too sweet or greasy 👍🏻, and there's also plain congee (with various toppings like shredded pork floss available). It's truly impressive and makes you feel at home. The room is very clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable for sleeping. At night, it's just a 10-minute walk to the dessert and snack street. Driving to Gaowen Street for bean sprout chicken and local specialties is super close, just a few minutes away 👍🏻 👍🏻. I'll definitely stay at this fantastic Weil Hotel again on my next trip to Ipoh. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable, and the staff are very enthusiastic ❤️

We had a wonderful stay as we planned a birthday surprise for my wife. The decorations were lovely and really made the occasion feel extra special. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that added to the whole vibe. The pool was great and very kid-friendly, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus for our family. The buffet spread was also impressive, with plenty of variety and delicious choices for both dinner and breakfast. Overall, we had a memorable stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

My stay at The Banjaran was a truly rejuvenating experience. Surrounded by nature, lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it was the perfect place to slow down, disconnect and simply enjoy some quiet time. I loved the sense of privacy and calm throughout the resort, which allowed me to rest both physically and mentally. The natural hot springs, beautiful landscape and serene atmosphere made the stay even more special. It was wonderful to step away from the usual busy routine and just recharge. A peaceful and refreshing escape that left me feeling relaxed, renewed and ready to return again.

The spa was a fantastic and unique experience, and the sunset on the beach was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was decent too. Our room was very close to the lobby. However, there's one thing to be aware of: service charges and taxes can be applied multiple times. For instance, after paying for the spa, an additional 10% was added to the final bill. Just a small heads-up for everyone! It was truly a happy trip 😁, but all that happiness definitely came with a price. In the end, our on-island expenses were even higher than the room rate! 😅

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. Although I encountered a few minor issues during the process (such as small details during check-in or minor facility problems), the staff handled them relatively proactively, which didn't significantly affect my overall mood. The room design is modern and new, with ample space, and the bedding is very comfortable. The downstairs facilities and convenience store are also very convenient. What's most commendable is that the extra services (such as an extra bed, late check-out, or room upgrade) are very reasonably priced and a great value for money! All in all, the minor flaws don't overshadow the positives, and it's still highly recommended for its price point.

I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the fantastic location so close to Ipoh’s city center. The furniture and facilities are in pristine, new condition (opened 2026), which made for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details: 1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw. 2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location. Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering beautiful views and fresh air. The room was also clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. Since the hotel is located in Ipoh, it would be great to include more local specialities, such as Ipoh white coffee, bean sprout chicken, and other famous Ipoh dishes. This would make the breakfast experience more memorable and give guests a taste of the local cuisine.

Check-in process is a bit hassle, I asked for an early check in 30 min before 3, but got rejected. Bathrooms require more cleaning. Amenities and Bedding were just meh, internet was not working so the technician has to come over. Location is good tho.Probably will stay this residence again. Ok for the price, no tempting alternatives nearby if you want to visit the Lost World Tambun.

A big thanks to the management for free upgrade to studio suites 😍 We felt at home, the room with all the necessities, fresh airs, complimentary drinks and kacang putih, member price for in room service of the Dome. I especially love the bath, water pressure is strong 👍🏻 It would be even better if lotion is provided 😊
