The concierge staff, particularly Anil were lovely to me and so very helpful. He arranged a sight seeing trip for me on a rare day off. Their drivers were always on time and all very friendly. The staff at the pool restaurant were very pleasant but you will get slow service. Staff at breakfast seemed irritated by the mere presence of customers and front desk are worse than useless. Water pressure in the shower is dreadful but the every varying temperature of the water at least adds a bit of excitement to the day. Honestly the welcoming smile from Anil each morning and evening is the only thing dragging the rating up to average. It’s only his concierge desk that is actually providing five star service.

I visited this hotel in Sept and had the pleasure of trying the La cha chi chicken and Sanpei chicken prepared by Chef Kamal Singh. This innovative chicken dish exceeded my expectations! It was perfect balance of spices, herbs and was cooked to perfection. A refreshing twist on traditional chicken dishes. Chef’s creativity shines in these dishes. Service by Sanjay and Bakil Sakhil was exceptional and they were knowledgeable and friendly. Mr Aarav warmly welcomed me and ensured a pleasant dining experience. He made sure about prompt service and timely delivery of dishes. Excellent job Aarav keep it up.
