1. The front desk did not have knowledge on my booking details, my breakfast and dinner was booked but they said no, and then i had to share the voucher with them to confirm my booking. 2. While checking out, again the front desk staff had no knowledge and it took them 10 mins to figure out after going back and forth to the managers room and then they confirmed that it was already paid for. I had booked a hotel cab for my drop but did not get a call or reminder for the same at the given time. Unfortunately, the 10 mins delay led to me reaching the check in desk late and so had to miss my flight and pay some extra to reschedule the flight. We do not expect this from hilton. 3. When i went to have my dinner at 10:00 pm on my day of arrival the staff did not bother to offer me a seat and all the tables were vacant but used so i could not take a seat. Staff looked at me but ignored and were busy talking among-st themselves. Finally when i walked to them, they asked what did i want? and when i complained, they said it was a hectic day for them and so apologies. Finally a girl game out who was nice enough to assist me and find me a seat. Is this hilt-on service standard? as a final straw, on the next day, dinner time, there was fly on the table, sofa. Am sharing the pics. 4. I went to the terrace pool area for my night walk, and a party was on so no space to walk as they were partying and staff also did not assist me with the same, i had to personal request them to make way, it was 12:00 midnight, all were smoking and drinking. I could not walk outside as the property is next to a hospital, could not open my window shades as hospital beds and backyard is visible.
