The hotel is nice & clean. I got room with race view which is nice. Swimming Pool is on the top of second building which have main restaurant, spa and fitness in that building too. Spa and salon here is using outsource which is great too. R-Bar for evening cocktail also great with variety of beer, wine and whisky.

Centrally located in Bangalore with a sprawling view of bangalore turf club. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Top notch service. Spacious room. Food is superb but a little bit on the pricier end ( breakfast buffet with free flow cheese platter and different kinds of pastries ).

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Big rooms

The room is very clean and well maintained. Personally, I am satisfied with the gym facilities. Breakfast was also good for foreigners.

First time staying at this property and to say that I came away impressed would be an understatement. The hotel is located at the city centre, just off race course road - the off-set approach road to the hotel road is a bit drab, but the property itself is top notch with a panoramic view of the race course. The welcome and check-in experience was one of the warmest I have ever come across. Kudos to Prodyot Adhikari of front desk who went to lengths to make our stay special. Wish more Hotels have staff like this. The check-in and the warmth showed by Prodyot gave us a fair idea of the excellent service all around that we would experience during our stay. Our room was spacious, well appointed and cleanly maintained. Quality of our sleep was excellent. 'Lush', the restaurant had good buffet and ala carte options. Restaurant staff in general were were cordial and friendly. Gunomoni, with her courteousness and pleasing nature, made our dining even better. From the bell boys to the usherers to the housekeeping (shout out Nuijila and Dikkila), the service was top tier. The All these years I had overlooked Renaissance Bangalore for stay. Won't be the case anymore, thanks to their service overall and in particular to the warmth and cordiality shown by Prodyot Adhikary which quite simply made out stay worthwhile.
