The stay was amazing as always nabeh helped us during check out and was very courteous keep it up and wish to come back again in future even the food is amazing and have a lot of options. The property is spacious and has good pool and in house salon.

Prima hotel… voldoet alleen niet aan de 4 sterren. Geen goede wifi… geen tv zenders… handdoeken werden niet aangevuld.. bij meldingen word er wel ie***d gestuurd maar t probleem niet opgelost. Niet echt schoon op de kamer.. prachtig uitzicht denk ik als de ramen gezeemd worden ;-)
Ontbijt heeft weinig tot geen broodbeleg..
Overige eten is heerlijk en volop keus (lunch en diner)
Plus punt: personeel is altijd vriendelijk en aardig (maar tot nu toe vind ik dat overal in India)

Miss Muiw the staff member at the buffet. She is one of best came across very kind and concerned person working with so much dignity and passion being from an hospitality background I know the drill but inspire challenges she stood the most out for me .thank you for muiw for that and the others co staff too.

We stayed in room 905, it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Divya was incredibly helpful and accomodating. Farzhaan was also very nice and saw that we were kept comfortable at the restaurant. Overall the entire staff made sure that all our needs were met and saw to a very welcoming atmosphere. The whole vibe of the hotel was very homely and would definitely come here again!!

I dont care what people say about this hotel the truth is PATHETIC we were around 20 people for a wedding function and adviced that there will be photohrapher and video rcording for the bride.when the photographers arrive the so called manager said this is not allowed here in an angry mode at the end he aske 25000 rupees and settled for 15000.the hotel had no tv working bathroom shower leaking toilet flush didnt work and customer service was pathetic not again in my life

The stay was excellent . Had an amazing experience.Hospitality was really good . Reception team under executive neha were really helpful and prompt in addressing any requirement. DO check amazing buffet and gymnasium. All staff members are really professional and well trained

Very nice food, courteous service, but no in room dining available until buffet closes- and buffet is there almost 24/7. Buffet has wide variety of food options but wish they included the option of in room dining as well. Because it’s not everyday that a person wants to step out of their room for food.
