Disappointed by the cleanliness and status of the room (mattress,…) Breakfast is ok! Selected by Lemon Tree but far from its standards.

It has been amazing experience to live in keya hotels. Cleaning was superb, food quality was also excellent as well as arrangement of buffet also pleasant! The support staff co-friendly and supportive. Thanks to Mr. Akash, Ankita, Meena, Ambika, Kushal all are friendly. Thaks for made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The arrangement of room is one of the most beautiful arrangement I ever seen....! The luxurious comfort and Mouth-watering food we get in this hotel. One of the most memorable moment in this hotel is the Cricket tournament which is arranged by hotel staff itself , thank you so much for that. And special thanks to Susovan housekeeping incharge Akash from reception for entire service.

Brijesh and Ishan were very supportive and took very good care. They were able to support and happily responded to random requests from the kids. The other hotel staff was also very supportive. The hotel is very spacious. Overall a good experience at the hotel.

This was my 3rd visit and I am simply amazed at the tremendous improvement in customer service at Keys Select Hosur! During my 1st visit in August, I was unimpressed with the service right from the reception. I decided to give a 2nd try on a hunch in my 2nd visit to Bangalore when the hotel staff vindicated my decision through improvement in service. We got a better room and food was better. This better experience led us to a 3rd visit last week. Right from the reception (I believe Alex was the receptionist), we received great service. Housekeeping was better in many respects. We had a Cable TV issue and though it was resolved in 3 tries, I was impressed by receptionist's decision to send a 2nd engineer to resolve the issue. The best experience was with the F&B department. I want to APPRECIATE the great service provided by Mr Thiruselvan and team! Entire F&B team (Kusum, Shampa, & Samrat) worked hard throughout my stay to ensure each customer is happy with their services. What impressed me the most was that this team genuinely wanted to do their best to delight customers. Mr. Thiruselvan admirably led the team throughout and he was always ready to get his hands dirty rather than leave everything to his small team. I observed that Kusum, Shampa, and Samrat were willing to think on their feet rather than just go through the motions. To a customer, the work done by various departments in a hotel may seem trivial but I saw it firsthand how simple intelligent actions by the staff can delight customers and they indeed perform a tough job. I have to also appreciate the GREAT FOOD at Keys Select. The breakfast buffet was consistently tasty with lot of variety and hygienic (I have stayed in 5 Star hotels where hygiene was given scant attention). A' la carte dinner was fresh and tasty everyday - taste still lingers in my mouth! Shout out to Mr Khagender and his team of Nakul and Madhan! Lemon Tree is a leader in mid price hotel segment and I felt that my stay at Key Select was value for money. I would encourage the Lemon Tree management team to improve the infrastructure of Keys Select. Rooms can be made better (In my room, it was very difficult to enter the toilet and close the door as the door extends till the commode). There's only so much employees can do to delight customers - rest is determined by the hotel infrastructure.

I have Visited Banglore for personal work and I have stayed in keys hotel for 2 days. overall my stay experience is good,Rooms so tidy and their house keeping service is so good , Shout out to Harish Nayak for quick service and also their food buffet is so delicious

The hotel is very clean and superb stay , ***** with help of Mr. Arup from the house keeping department was very friendly & helpful, soft spoken. He made my stay comfortable of over 2 days. Keep my neat & tidy always. Overall the having a great stay at this hotel.
