Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Basic things like drinking water, toiletries etc are not there. Hot water is available only at specific timings. Lift operation is stopped at night & the staircase door is also locked and we need to call the reception to switch on the lift. Location is good, but hygiene wise needs improvement. May not be suitable for family stay.

Good stay. Near resturant walkable to brigade road. Walkable to vfs visa service centre for canada, comfortable stay, hot water available only in morning
