Great hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the cozy and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Convenient location near attractions. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Enjoyed the pool and relaxing spa. Beds were comfy; slept really well. Restaurant food was fresh and tasty. Easy check-in and check-out process. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. Complimentary shuttle was very helpful. Beautiful decor and nice ambiance. Fantastic service throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Worst experience no maintenance even then don't have generator worst hotel in this entire hunasmarnaihalli nh only the hotel name is good that's is ntg else they have ac just to show off that's it but it won't work.

Booked two rooms for my family at a very affordable rate. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Neat rooms with functioning airconditioner and bathrooms with soap and hot water. We got rooms on fourth floor but there was no lift facility. It is the only negative point of remark.
