I got lice. Insect that itching my body till today. No cleanliness. No extra facility. No proper treatment. Better no to afford this hotel for stay, bedsheets are so untidy. Having lots of insects that cause severe irritation in my whole skin and body.

Staff dint give me room inspite of booking instead arranged in another lodge with a terrible bathroom and fugated walls. Hope your company donot suggest this place ever to others except locals. The front office staff does as he like and chased me off. Only by a dharna i got a room to keep my luggage that too in pooja hotel. The sad thing is auto people charge 100rs for travel-ling 10mts. And some others suggested to make stay in other hotel. There is a scam between auto and surya residency like hotel staff. I did have a scary morning in bengaluru. Never had any experi6as this ever earlier

Very near to most of the premises. Walkable distance from railway station. Good maintenance and friendly manners.

It's in prime place, but no ambience, typically a lodge. With family, please avoid. No bath towels provided. Room is spacious (deluxe one. But old furniture, uncleaned floor. Proper maintenance is missing.

Located in prime location, that's great. But hospitality was poor, bath towel were not provided. In this cold weather, hot water is not up to the mark, actually i got cold after the stay. They can improve a lot
