Everything is perfect . The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast No complaints at all

We enjoyed our stay here. Not too far from airport. Close to all tourist attractions.

Location is great. It's situated seemingly at the centre of all tourist attractions in Bangkok. Service is amazing as well. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Very good service in the lobby- coffee and water. We will come again

Bang kok city hotel was great value for money, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. What stood out the most was their buffet breakfast every morning serving up over 10 dishes of noodles, rice, meats and veg. Much better and value than continental breakfasts at some bigger places.

Would have been nice if **** the air con was updated version *** There is a misleading pool pic on Google maps when I search the hotel . Overall , it’s good . I really like the waffles . But it always on low stock.

location near halal food ( masjid darul aman) near massage.( got massage 12am even close 12am) walk about 1.2km to platinum mall, december, pratunam market.( ketibas klu siang, malam oklah) near bts ratchathewi got breakfast, but i think its non halal, so go for breads, fruits , soft-boiled egg only. hotel ok, clean everyday. iron upon request.

Hotel was clean and spacious with great view. Near with bts. Near with halal food too

Walking distance to pratunum, enjoy songkran festival....and can book tour inside hotel, if want.

10 minutes walk from BTS Ratchatewi. Convenient store just 50 steps away. Overall room is great , breakfast is good. Maybe grab is not familiar with the place, need to point the right location. Overall is great for me.

Staffs are responsive and supportive

Good place to stay. It's nearby eateries, 7E and just located next to the main road. Easy to get transport to move around. The room comes with free breakfast which saves us a lot.

We arrived at quite a busy time just as check in opened, so thee staff were quite flustered, but overall the staff are very friendly here. The room is spacious and cleaned everyday with shampoo, soap, body wash and bottled water provided. There’s a small indoor swimming pool on the fifth floor. We were on the 20th floor and had a good view of Bangkok. The hotel is 20 mins brisk walk to the Siam shopping centers, 10 mins to the BTS and 12 mins to the canal boats. There’s loads of restaurants nearby too and your there’s a great bar area near the BTS station. 7-11 is right next door. The hotel provides a Chinese style breakfast buffet of noodles, rice, buns, chicken sausages with some international options of bread and eggs. The only downside is the refilling of items doesn’t match the demand (especially on fruit…good luck trying to get any). If you want a relaxing start to your day, I’d probably skip the breakfast as some of the guests can be quite pushy (not the hotels fault) Coffee machine wait times can be long too, but the coffee is provided free all day. Overall a decent hotel.

Second time staying in this hotel, room is clean, breakfast buffet is nice, very close to bts ratchathewi. will come back again next time.
