Hotel located very convenient, Ratchathewi exit 3, use elevator walk straight, turn left pass 7-11 just 100-150m. Welcome drink, little crackers very touching. Even they gave me 3rd floor room but it’s ok (hotel only 5-6floor high if I’m not wrong) However the room quiet, well slept. Breakfast quite good, variety and quality. Staff are nice and manners, especially waiter at the restaurant. I will be back again for sure. Excellent~

Highly recommend this hotel! Less than 5 mins walk to Ratchathewi bts, close to two 7/11 and near many halal spots. Spacious room and clean bathroom as well (it’s wheelchair friendly too). Would love if there more mirrors, the only mirror was in the bathroom 😅 Overall, would definitely return!

One of the best hotel with my budget not just modern&clean but also bit of touch of boutique designer hotel. Staffs were so kind, breakfast was bit expensive but taste & variety was nice! Location is perfect also, Young people will like here.

Great overall location. Aside from the faint gush of toilet water smell when you open the door. The rest are perfect.

New hotel in Ratchathewi area. About 3-4 mins walk from the Ratchathewi BTS train station. And about 10 mins walk to the Airport railway train. Super Great location! Just that most Grab drivers wont know the exact location as it is very new (tip: snap a few pictures from the main road so they would know where to go). Booked for the bigger twin room with bathtub to relax. Got a corner room so its quiet and spacious! Loved the gym & pool. Service from the staff is also very good. Such a pleasant stay. Well recommended! Shall try the other branches for the next stay!

It was nice, especially since it was newly opened. Staff were very friendly and offered a free welcome drink as well. However, there was a weird odour that started to appear after the 2nd day of the stay which didn’t go away even after cleaning.

Really loved that the hotel was clean and new! It is located a stones throw away from the nearest BTS - Ratchathewi. The room were spacious and the smart tv really made the stay pleasant. However, I have made two bookings for two different rooms (due to a last minute change in plans), in which the later date booking was for an upgrade for a room with bath tub. As I had to change rooms due to the different bookings, I had to check out from my previous room and wait till 3pm for my next check in. When I came back later in the day, I was informed by the kind service staff that the room was unavailable as it had some issues, which was quite confusing as the hotel was new. When i asked the concierge if there was any other room of similar value available, they said no and offered me the same room I had the previous day (which is a downgrade from the room I have booked). As compensation they offered me with an additional hour of late check out. The management of the hotel thought that it was enough as compensation disregarding the inconvenience of having to check out and check in again though it was ultimately the same room. They also did not address that the room I received was a downgrade from what I have booked for and did not make any effort to inform me in advance that the room was unavailable. As it was late in the day, I was unable to dispute/find other hotels in time and had to take on their offer of the downgrade with the late check out (had to get what I could) The breakfast provided was basic and decent but definitely could be much better. Would love to patronize the hotel again with is incredible location and new facilities, however the hotel did not meet my expectations in providing adequate compensation and resolutions for a fault they have made.

Very nice and new hotel, good location, staffs are friendly, only problem is don’t have door hanger.

This was a great hotel and brand new. Very friendly and helpful staff. They spoke good English and good breakfast. Very close to transportation and shopping areas. Great quality and value for money. I would definitely go there again.

I recently went for a holiday with my boyfriend at The Qauter Ratchathewi the room look elegant and beautiful. And I love breakfast is delicious I love it. I Wii come back again

Clean and new place. Convenient and accessible to BTS lines. Friendly staffs. Room is a little small but yet sufficient.
