2.ทางไปยากมาก ทางเปลี่ยว
3.โทรหาโรงแรม พนักงานบอกข้อมูลไม่ตรงกันสักคน
4.ขอเงินคืนทางโรงแรมไม่ยอมคืนเงิน ให้call center ของtrip.com โทรไปขอเงินคืน ไม่อนุมัติ โทรไปเองก็ไม่อนุมัติ บอกเป็นความผิดของลูกค้า
