The hotel is excellently located, next to the pier, bus stop, there is a bus from the airport, very convenient. Stayed for two nights. We were placed in the wrong room that we had booked, which was disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time because the hotel has a good view and is very close to the Rama VIII Bridge. However, the experience of this stay was average. The hotel has an outdoor restaurant and used to be able to sit, take photos, and chat at the riverside restaurant. However, I was informed that if I didn't purchase any food, I couldn't sit or take photos at the riverside restaurant. I feel completely unfriendly and won't choose this hotel next time...

Although the price is indeed not high, compatriots absolutely don’t decide. The toilet on the first floor smells like urine. It’s the same when I changed the two rooms. Things are a little better on the second floor. The most exaggerated thing is that the first floor is a living room, you can drink, the view is really good, but the air conditioner is not turned on in Bangkok’s hot weather, and service fees are charged. I complained to Ctrip’s customer service, and Ctrip said that they could not be contacted. There are only a few in the store. Auntie doesn't speak English. Staff were extremely rude, over charged at bar. On menu a bottle of Chang was 130 but lady insisted it was 143. I was difficult to even get a hello from them. The room was disgusting, windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the dirt on mirror was horrible. Then the biggest problem were the rats in the ceiling. Kept me up at night with the constant scratching and scurrying about. The bathroom was covered in droppings, very unhygienic. When going for shower you could see all the droppings floating to the drain. You could also see them coming through ceiling. Staff just thought you were a burden and didn't want you there. First smile I got was when checking out. I would avoid this place at all costs. Much better hotels about

Dirty sheets with many stains. The smell in the bathroom and the room is TERRIBLE (strong smell of sewage and musty). The worst part of this hotel was the staff … these women seating the whole day in front of the hotel, doing literally nothing, except staring at you when you walk in or out, whispering then giggling. No need to be a local to understand and feel the bad vibes of these rude and impolite women. And if you ask something you seem to bother them.

I’m here for the riverside weekend. I stayed 2nights in the villa. Beautiful river view but very poor service.No willing to help with whatever. Here is my 1st bad review for my visit. Because now it’s almost nobody else here! Sure I’ll not come back.
