Pretty Chinese-themed interior with a koi pond. No elevator, but the stairs aren't that steep, so if you're able-bodied, you should have no issues. The room had only the bare necessities, but was really clean and smelled nice. (They were using a rose air freshener stick which I really liked.) If you don't have a shy bladder, are not prone to trip constipation ( has a shared bathroom and showers for same gender travellers on every floor) and are on a budget consider booking this place. There were tiny ants in my bed and also in the bathroom. They were smaller than the regular European ants and didn't bite, so it was not a biggie, but if that freaks you out...

This is the first youth hostel I stayed in in Thailand. I think it is a very good experience. The signboard is very beautiful. It is next to Colombo Park. I highly recommend it. It feels very interesting.

Don't talk too much, have to go to rest by yourself and will want to go again. Near another famous department store

The decoration is somewhat unique, and basically has all the daily necessities, except for the toilet and shower room on the left, which are not clean and tidy. Overall, it is a good youth hostel in Lijiang

Really nice clean hostel, very quiet, not an especially social hostel so if you want to chill then it’s good for that.

We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom, always a toilet or shower free, shampoo and shower gel in the showers and plenty of sinks and mirrors, always very clean and staff were very friendly, it is off a side street so it’s away from all the hustle off the main room. Plenty of shops/ restaurants and good locations for getting the public transport. Would recommend to any couple who are backpacking. Felt safe, it was clean and comfortable.

For those looking for a clean family hotel with great value for money, this place is perfect! We booked last minute and did not regret our choice. Clean room where we were able to sleep 4, the children in a bunk bed and us in a double bed. Bathroom and toilet aside, I thought it would be inconvenient but not at all! It's SUPER CLEAN and right next to the rooms. We stayed 2 nights, the location is perfect, everything is nearby! Very friendly welcome, we were even helped to repatriate our suitcases which had remained in Vienna...a big thank you!
