Hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station that can get you up to the Sois in 10 minutes, or to the central business areas in about 20 minutes. The roads in the area are always busy, so taxis or TukTuks are quite cumbersome and slow.
Breakfast was very good, with freshly made eggs of your choice and a variety of teas, coffees, juices, and other food. Staff were friendly and patient, giving advice on how to get around.
The room was clean as you'd expect from an IBIS, and no issues were had overall.

The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean, but the location is not very convenient. You have to walk to get in and out. It takes ten minutes to get to the BTS station, or you can take the hotel shuttle bus and get to BTS in about two minutes.

素泊まり利用でした。
簡単な英語ならフロントで通じるのでチェックインもチェックアウトも簡単でした。
アメニティはQRコードから頼んで持ってきて貰うスタイルで面倒だったので利用しませんでした。
シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープはあるので本当に必要最低限といった感想です。
念の為歯ブラシ持ってきてて正解でした。
日本でいうと東横インみたいな感じかな？
ホテルは寝れたらOKというスタイルの方におすすめします。
目の前に大きな道路があり、反対側に渡るためには歩道橋を利用しないといけないのですが、夜間、ホームレスや現地の酔っ払い(？)みたいなのがちらほら居て、女性のみの利用だと少し怖いかなという印象ですが、ホテル自体の評価に関係は無いので参考までに。海外慣れしてる方なら問題なく利用できます。
