My 12-year-old daughter and I stayed at this hotel from June 16th to 21st, 2026. The location is excellent. Attractions, parks, shops, and markets are all within walking distance. The staff is great, except for the front desk: the women at the reception are arrogant and unhelpful, no matter what question you have. They wrinkle their pretty noses if you approach them. The food is excellent! The restaurant is small, but there are many dishes we enjoyed, and the abundance of fruit was a real delight. The chef and service staff are welcoming! The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower and toilet are all in excellent condition. The towels are white and fluffy! 👍👍👍 I can confidently recommend this hotel!

This hotel is right in the heart of Yaowarat (Chinatown) at a great price, and it's super convenient to get around. All the staff are lovely and really friendly. (Just a little tip, when we went, they had a 'buy one get one free' wine promotion!) We had dinner at the restaurant on the 25th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. Afterwards, we went down to the 17th floor to dance – they even had a DJ on Saturday! Then, we came back down for a meal at the restaurant on the first floor, right in front of the lobby. The food was delicious and not expensive. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and close to many eateries. It's just a short walk away because it's right in the heart of Chinatown. Very convenient, I love it! The staff were lovely, especially the male staff member who helped carry luggage, not just for me but for almost every guest. I'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is quite a trip, located right in the heart of Chinatown. The location is actually decent for exploring Bangkok, but next time I'll opt for a quieter neighborhood. As soon as you step out, you're right in the bustling Chinatown market, and the city just sweeps you away. The hotel itself is clean, with daily housekeeping. A few things are a bit faulty (the flush button doesn't work perfectly, and a lamp cord is worn out), but it wasn't particularly annoying.

The location is fantastic, right in Chinatown. As soon as you step out, there's a night market just a short walk away with a huge variety of delicious food options. There are also some temples nearby worth visiting. Plus, it's not far from Lotus [supermarket/store], which is really convenient if you need to pick up some essentials.

Friendly staff and nice views from the high floors. The room was okay until we found a cockroach on the 18th floor. We, of course, went down to report it and were given a new room on the 16th floor, which was also fine. However, you could tell from the staff's reaction that cockroaches were a common occurrence. We were originally in room 1812 where the cockroach was found, and that room was also right next to the Gen Z bar, so we could hear music in the evenings, which was quite annoying. The walls are very thin, if you can say that. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, and in the bathroom, you can hear people from either below, above, or next door. So, very thin doors. There's a lot of traffic, so you can hear honking and other noises from the street below. This didn't bother us, but it's something for others considering this hotel. They were also in the process of renovating one side of the road. Personally, we found the sidewalks to be very crowded, with shops spilling out everywhere, making it difficult to walk. But it's not far from Central World and other good malls, which was great! However, it's probably not somewhere I'd stay again :) Unfortunately, I wouldn't say it's a 4-star hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its excellent location. This time, I got a room upgrade to a large bed, which was exactly what I wanted. The room might be a bit old, but it had all the amenities I needed. Whenever I have business in the Yaowarat area, this is always the first place I think of staying. During my visit, there was road construction in front of the hotel, which made getting around a little inconvenient. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown, making it ideal for those who want to explore along the river, as it's just a 5-minute walk from the boat pier. Chinatown itself is incredible, always inspiring with its unique atmosphere that, in some ways, feels like it's been frozen in time for 50 years – it's a must-see. The rooms are comfortable, and the rooftop bar is excellent. There's a small pool that closes at 7 PM, useful for a refreshing dip perhaps after a day of sightseeing. You'll also find a great restaurant on the ground floor and a panoramic one on the 25th floor. What more can I say? I've stayed here multiple times and can only recommend this iconic hotel.
