This Ramada delivers again! The rooms are clean and the staff are kind and helpful. We came in late with a sleeping baby and they set up a crib for us like ninjas! We will probably stay again

The location was great because it was close to Nana Station. It was a little noisy at night, but it was okay for me!!
Koreatown was also close and nice.

I had such a wonderful time at the hotel previously I recommended this to my friends for this trip but was immensely disappointed this round. There was a rude male receptionist that attended to me, and the smell that lingered in my room. The rooms looked nothing like the picture so be late of what room type you opt for. The only saving grace was that they had a new male concierge / bell boy who was super helpful which made it much better.

We often go to Bangkok for a few days and tried this hotel for the first time. The location is ideal, a lot of restaurants and bars around and very close to the BTS station.
The room is spatious with enough storage. The service is very good and staff helpful and friendy. A special mention to Tea and Fae at the reception.
With a swimming pool a little bit bigger and more choice at the breakfast buffet, it would be the perfect hotel.

The location was good and convenient, there are plenty of restaurants nearby at reasonable price. The hotel restaurant seems quite pricey. The facility is not good, there is not bigger swimming pool, rooms are ok but they are loud music at night coming from the bars downstairs on the street. Rooms are clean.
