On a positive note, the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff, while not exceptional, were courteous. The cleanliness of the property was commendable, and the common areas were well-maintained. In conclusion, Oun Hotel has potential, but there is room for improvement in certain key areas, particularly in-room services and TV quality.
