1905 Heritage Corner Reviews

It's our first time to stay at a heritage guesthouse, with only three beautiful rooms. It's more than 100 years old but was renovated and well maintained. Price is reasonable. Though not much facilities, staff are extremely helpful and polite. It made us feel welcome and at home. The guesthouse is close to the the Khao San Road. Some may like to visit this famous backpackers "home". While some comments said the guesthouse is not easy to find, we had no difficulty to call Grab car to pick us up.

Next time I go back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay at 1905 Heritage Corner Hotel again. Although there are only three rooms, the service staff is extremely enthusiastic. What I love most about the hotel is the wooden floor, which has been patinated until it shines with oil. I can even skip the bed and just lie down on the wooden floor. The surrounding environment is also very peaceful, and you can reach the king's palace within walking distance. All in all very highly recommended.

The room is antique and has a Southeast Asian style. Great!

The room is so small that it can fit two people. If you are a family with children, I don’t recommend it! Breakfast was okay, but the first floor was a bit noisy. I don't know why people were washing clothes in the middle of the night, but there were also conversations.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Temple of the Golden Mount, and Chalongkorn Royal Theatre. The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defense are two steps away. The room is not big, but comfortable and clean, with solid wood floors, walls and ceilings; the service staff is very Warm and gentle; you can reserve the time and eggs for breakfast when you arrive at the store. It looks good!

Stayed for 3 nights, a boutique hotel with only three rooms, rebuilt on the basis of the old house, redecorated, nostalgic style, 2 rooms upstairs, 1 room downstairs, the cleaning is very good, the standard of a five-star hotel, not facing the street, Very quiet at night. Western-style breakfast is provided, or porridge can be selected, and the daily breakfast and time are selected in advance. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, answering various questions, and booking the car to the airport on the last day The location of the hotel is good. The core scenic spots in Bangkok are all within 1 kilometer. The Grand Palace, Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Khao San Road, Muay Thai Stadium, Siam Museum, National Museum, Chao Phraya River. The hotel is not facing the street. You need to turn into a small alley 20 meters away, called grab It’s good to go to the intersection. Bangkok is very hot in May. If you are not in a hurry, you can go back to the hotel at noon to rest and stroll slowly. There are also many local restaurants and street shops in the surrounding area, which are cheap and delicious.

Historic heritage building limits the room size to small. But it is exquisite, thoughtful service, friendly attitude, warm and comfortable check-in experience, and fine nutrition for breakfast. Near the Grand Palace, you can walk leisurely and freely, and enjoy the cultural scenery of the old city.

Beautiful old hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Old world charm and close to all attractions. Staff was wonderful and breakfast fantastic. If you are looking for luxury go pay more, if you are looking for charm and comfort this is the place. Highly recommend.

Hospitality was fantastic, accommodation was lovely and the team really looked after all our requirements. We would definitely recommend staying here, the hotel is in such a lovely, quiet part of Bangkok. The restaurant which belongs to the hotel is 1 minute walk away and served lovely food.

From the moment you enter the front door you are made to feel special. Everyone that works here makes you feel welcome. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. The room had everything you could want, it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful. Arm works very hard to insure all guests get a great breakfast! They even have afternoon tea! We slept very well here and would definitely choose 1905 again!

What a great hotel! The location, the staff, the breakfasts, the rooms - all perfect. You really couldn’t ask for a better experience. You definitely won’t be hungry after the great big breakfasts they offer. Sets you up for a day exploring Bangkok, with the Grand Palace minutes away
