"Amazing stay—extra value for $30, absolutely unbeatable. The breakfast was excellent; they changed the main course every day during my 5-day stay. Fresh omelets and very decent coffee. It’s a perfect hotel to stay, relax, and chill. The only real downside is the location—if you plan to go to the city center every day, it’s probably not the best choice. The gym is good and clean, but the pool water didn’t feel very sanitary to me. Overall, definitely 9/10 for under $40."

"The room felt a bit empty, and the bedding was terrible. Everything else was okay, though the pool water was a bit cold and the dining options were a bit monotonous. The pajamas provided were damaged, and the bathroom facilities could use an update."

"The hotel is in a great location about 5-6min walk from the BTS line. The breakfast was amazing as most have said with loads of options and a chef with a great sense of humour on standby to cook noodles and more for you if needed. The pool area overlooking the city area was a nice chill out spot. The room was good with the necessary amenities but the cleanliness could be improved as I saw 2 bugs in the room. Also the TV is not a smart TV which I wouldn’t mind but for price, you would expect a top notch entertainment system. This basically meant just Thai channels or plugging a device into the HDMI. The next disappointment was the window which appeared to be open but was closed. As this hotel is near the main road, the window was letting in all outside noise which was loud and noisy the majority of the night. I would have complained but as I only stayed a few nights, I didn’t bother. This would absolutely frustrate someone staying longer and a delicate sleeper. Besides this, it was overall a good stay but the bedroom window needs improving immediately!"

"The hotel was excellent, with a superb location right outside the subway station. The service was also great, and they even offer a shuttle bus. Our room was a very spacious two-bedroom suite. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bangkok."

"Very impressed with the professional and considerate staff. We ordered a cot last minute and they quickly had one delivered to the room. We also requested an extended check out and with a reasonable fee were able to get one. Beds comfortable, breakfast great, 2 pools to choose from, good gym and on a BTS line easy to get around town."

"Hotel location is quite good as it is within walking distance to the BTS and also close to a new shopping mall. Cleanliness and housekeeping service is not up standard, bedsheets was not changed despite putting the card on the bed as instructed. I saw a stain on the bedsheet and requested for it to be changed but the card was just put back on the table without it being changed as I saw the stain is still on the bedsheet. It left me wondering if the towels have been changed since the housekeeping is quite sloppy. Would think twice to stay in this hotel again due to the hygiene issue.."

"Hotel room size is big, clean and location not bad. Just 1km can reach The Mall Bangkapi. Reception overall is good attitude but the only one is very very unfriendly, her name is Ms Dear. I am a guest of the suite, and she treats me in a very rude and unfriendly manner. I hope Trip can communicate with the hotel to train their front desk staff more."

"Had an amazing time at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the staff and facilities. I even got a free upgrade to a suite, which I felt was better since we can eat in a separate room after putting my child to sleep. Thank you to the lady at the reception for it; I am very thankful. A few downsides to this hotel, I feel, would be that the pool is very cold, and there was no warm-water option. So, my child and I didn't spend much time there given how cold the water was. The other free amenities were great, including table hockey, darts, pinball, a driving simulator, a kids' club, and an indoor playground. For people who like street food, however, there isn't any downstairs or nearby, only a 7-11. It was very convenient to walk to Erawan Shrine, Central World, and the Siam area. The view was great for the room I got, too, on the 43rd floor. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok."

"This stay was a fantastic surprise! The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to Gaoxin and the Yunba monorail, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The owner provided warm and thoughtful service, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. They even kindly recommended local dining spots. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was plentiful and steady, making showers very pleasant. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I felt very secure—I didn't have to worry about leaving valuables in the room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!"
