I booked a hotel for 3 days and told the front desk the next day that I wanted to check out early. He said it was OK. On the third day after leaving, he told me that there would be no refund for check-out. If there was no refund, then why should I check out early and waste a whole day at the hotel?

PROS: Nice modern interiors & cozy large bed in the room. Quiet place to rest and relax. Decent window views. Almost complete and decent facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym.
CONS: Far from town & MRT; need taxi to reach. Not by walking. Far to get cheap & clean good food nearby, especially during Songkran. Only place is 7-Eleven outside the hotel. No air-con at room corridors.

Stayed here for many days. After changing to a new room, the room was very humid. The night before yesterday, three Koreans suddenly broke into my room. It was the hotel's mistake, but when communicating with them, they just kept apologizing. I asked them to give me corresponding compensation, but the hotel refused. After many communications, they said very impatiently that they could send me to the place I wanted to go for free on the day of check-out. It was really outrageous. It was obviously their problem. I can only say it's rubbish. It's cheap but rubbish. This is the first time I write a bad review for a hotel after staying for so long

Recommended. There is a 7-11 downstairs. The facilities are very good. There is a restaurant. Everything is good, but the service is relatively poor. There may be too many mainlanders living there. Several cars come to the tourist bar and they are always asking for directions.
