Doors very lousy material thin and hollow . Can hear people walking on corridor.should have usb c and usb charging which most hotels have now . Location is very good.

Book superior room , the room condition is quite old especially the toilet , this hotel is quite old already , time to renovate the toilet.

The hotel excels in its location. If you choose BTS, it is very convenient to travel. There are various shopping malls nearby. Taxis are jammed at noon. It takes more than ten minutes to receive orders. The room is not big, so there is no problem in staying there.

The location was great. In particular, it is the best for using the skytrain or shopping at Siam Paragon. Since I mainly use taxis and don't have time to go to the shopping mall... .. I was disappointed with the outdated hotel facilities.

Stay at Novotel Siam 5d4n. This is the 5th time we stay here. Cuz is very convenient. But this is the worst stay I had this time.
The lobby counter lady was helpful try her best to fulfill what we needed.
Only unhappy with the room. 1st day aircon was leaking water to the room. We had to change room.
Next day
Tv was not working well. We need call the engineer everyday come to our room to do the tv. Bath room water temperature was not working well ,There is no cold water. Even we switch to cold water.
Aircon temperature is not working well. Temperature is not right.
I dnt knw wat is wrong with the hotel room. Some more is 4stars.
Very disappointed the previous I stay hotel was not tat bad
