Great experience and friendly staff who will ring the doorbell. Great security as well. Stayed with 4 friends here during the songkran festival weekend and the location is superb, being just a 5 to 10 minute motorcycle ride from the hotel to RCA or to Live park Rama 9 for S2O.
Did not use much of the facilities but the room size was perfect. While it is a short walk out to the main road to any 7-11 or convenience stores, it is not an issue with the food delivery app. Highly recommend for less fussy travellers or for those coming to Thailand to party.

the room is not very quiet and we could hear everything from the next the room. the hotel is deep inside a small road with heavy traffic yams, most in late afternoon .
the reception staff was not very friendly.

Today I had the opportunity to book a hotel to go into the city, so I stayed in the Thonglor area, Dvaree Residence Montara Thonglor 25, a short walk from Phetchaburi Road.
Please give a real review. Overall I'll give it a 6/10.
Let's talk about the advantages first: cool air conditioning, soft beds, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, good rain showers, cold water, warm water, works well, a fitness center sufficient for use, and a swimming pool.
The disadvantage is that there are no tissues provided in the room. You have to go down and ask for them. There is no hair dryer. Breakfast does not have a choice, it will be croissants with eggs and ham, bananas, orange juice and coffee.
If you're asking if I'll repeat it, I think it's better to try another hotel.
