The location is great! It is 5 mins from the BTS. The staff are very friendly, passionate and helpful. They are very proactive in helping and always welcome us with a big smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the pillows are too soft for us. The WiFi is not stable. We could not use the WIFI in one room. The swimming pool is nice and it’s 1.5m deep which is perfect for beginners. The gym room is a bit too hot and old but it’s still acceptable. The service is amazing! We will definitely stay in Shama again.

The location near BTS takes a 10 minute walk. Walking distance around nana walking street night life. The apartment is great for a family of 5. Reception is able to converse well in English.

nice staff with nice service, the room is a bit old, the air co in the bedroom was dripping water and the air-co in the gym room is not working too Many street foods at night nearby, walk to BTS station almost 10mins

There is a backgate which leads to the back alley and there are more things but was not told by the front staff until I asked about it. There s one day when the room cleanup was pretty late so we chose not to have the clean up. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Stay in the room type on the left ** bedroom for 3 days. The place is spacious and comfortable and everything is very new. The only bad comparison is that the shower water pressure is smaller, the pillow is too soft (you can call the front desk to try to request a hard pillow), and it would be better if the TV had streaming video and audio apps

Checking into this hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, with all the facilities and considerate service. There will be sounds from the bar outside at night, and the volume is acceptable. The beautiful scenery outside the window comes into view, and the mood is particularly pleasant, adding unlimited expectations for the next journey.

Staff are friendly and polite

I have children and have requested a higher and quieter room, but we were only assigned to the 6th floor. It will be very noisy at night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. The location is on an inner street, so the driver will not know the location when calling a car. I found a small curtain on the last day cockroach. But the staff are friendly and the room is large with plenty of space.

The location is convenient, the neighborhood is lively, the service and cleanliness are very good, and it feels like home.
