The location is quite good, ten mins walk to MRT and they provide shuttle bus service but the service time isn’t long enough 9-17.
And the usb didn’t work

Location is good. Although it needs 10 mins' walk to the nearest MRT station, the neighbours is itself a place worth a visit. You can see international chamber of commerce here, streets named after internally famous historical figures, embassies, international schools and such.
Some of the amenities need to be improved. Firstly the AC is so loud. Also the temperature of the shower changes unexpectedly.
They require a Thai1000 deposit before check-in which I don't quite appreciate as such practices are rare these days.

Room rates were changing everyday and they had a habit of blocking certain room types on the internet so sometimes we had problems booking it for the next day. Just enough space in the room and bathroom. Daily housekeeping and free bottles of water. About 15 minutes walk from Lumphini station (blue line) which was convenient. Ample hot water and good air conditioning. Very nice, helpful and attentive staff. 24-hour front desk. Restaurant and bar on the ground floor. There’s 7-11 across the hotel. Good massage parlors nearby. A few good restaurants were there in the vicinity. Overall good stay.

Room ok but small and I can hear all sounds around my room. But 1+ for cleanly room and -1 for not auto cleaning room day by day :) +1 for service staff.

Hotel is located at the centre of santhirn area in which many food store and seven eleven outside for shopping.No tooth brush was provided into hotel which I feel a.unhappy as travel inconvinence.

A very clean room with good service. 7-11 is next to the hotel. I will choose the same hotel when I travel Thailand next time.

A modern hotel room with comfortable bed and basic facilities. Bath room is in ibis hotel standard (not too big) overall is quite okay for me.

I really like that pets ‘d allowed to stay here . But i’m not satisfied with the pet owners who don't keep clean at the yard, while I have a puppy walk at there and keep some poop and wash some piss of its. How ever so thank you for hotel service.
