Very bad!!!! Check out at 7.30, walked out a lot, there was no one, including the security guard, housekeeper, front desk, the number posted didn't answer. And there are people who have business to travel on. Have to wait for the staff to come and arrange check-out for you. If it happens that the hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, you should inform the customer first. Not for you to wait around like this. Not ok at all. The room is ok but not ok with the staff. The location is usable. In front of the alley is the BTS Yellow Line. Had to walk away for a bit. No hair dryer or shower cap provided😒😒

I was surprised at first. Is it okay here since it's outside the front desk procedure? That's what I thought, but I'm glad it's like a condo! Both Srinakarin and Seacon Square are about 5 minutes away by bike, so it was very convenient! The room was also clean!

I especially liked the gum which has a professional nautilus machine. And a good air-condition. There is even a toilet . There are several malls near like mega and seacon. Easy to get to by aircon bus
