Very dissatisfied. The bed sheets were not changed, so dirty, and there were lice. The attitude and expression of the front desk staff was like something serious happened at home. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Whoever stays here will regret it. Very bad, very bad, very dirty! Even the slippers were discarded by others in the Macau StarWorld Hotel, and they were disposable cotton slippers. It's really thrifty. I want to vomit!
