Staff very friendly!! Room clean and nice!! Just that the front block a bit noisy

Fabulous hotel with free upgrade for our stay. Very good location, many shops lots and easily to find food.

Budget hotel…a lot of eateries and convenient shops around the hotel…hotel breakfast is nice and above my expectations…overall ok

i do love every services of this hotel since the security to all hotel staff! the bed was soooo comfy.. wifi and smart tv were lovely to use 😘 however, i’ve some issue with Vietnamese tour *noisy and a bit rude* .. the staff fix this problem by make a notice on my special request for my next visit, such a lovely management!

The buffet was delicious and the room was large and quiet. There was also a Chinese speaker at the front desk who could speak Chinese directly. All in all it was a great experience.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded by the friendly hotel staff from a one room to the 2 rooms located side by side. Thank you so much! The hotel location is easily accessible by the public transport metro line and morning breakfast was great. Thank you to all the hotel employees for making our 2 nights a great stay 👍🏻

Great and reasonable price hotel in the heart of Victory Monument, Bangkok Thailand. Opposite is the garden and surrounding by food stores. Loved it

Clean hotel, good location 9 mins walk to the nearest BTS station, No swimming pool. Hotel staff nice, excellent buffet breakfast. Room clean and tidy, spacious except no Chinese channels on TV , Wi-Fi in the room not so good. Hope hotel will improve in future.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

the staffs are one of the friendliest i ever met. they try to meet our request and able to recommend on what we should do. they are able to arrange a car for the airport if needed
