房間有潮濕發黴的味道，乳液是別人用過的，打開噁心極了。前台有個男的，我還在問別人問題，他就對着我用中文大喊:按金，按金，按金，非常沒有禮貌。他肯定不會對着白人這麼喊。被安排在不好的低樓層，旁邊幾户全部是中國人，應該是酒店故意安排的，有racism的感覺。總之不知道為什麼這麼多好評，非常不值得。衹有門口開門負責行李的人員非常nice

設施：希望酒店的傢俱設施能提高 我第五次住這兒 之前有一次空調壞了 一直在滴水 這次洗衣機洗一半也壞了 好在服務不錯都解決了
服務：服務非常給力 給我late check out到4點 簡直太爽了
環境：也不錯 我很喜歡 尤其是他們的床好軟啊 我在上面滾來滾去睡的很好 比雅詩閣我很喜歡這兒

由於飛機晚點，到達賓館已經是午夜時間，前台工作人員匆匆地安排了住宿。第二天早上，前台的經理Bibi瞭解情況後，幫助我們重新安排一個較高樓層及比較寬敞的房間。衞生間的熱水有一點問題，Bibi安排工程部人員很快解決。服務非常到位，人員素質很高，有禮貌。總之，下次曼谷旅遊，還會考慮再次選擇這家賓館。
