I had a very nice time at this hotel! I thought the location was very good and it was on a quiet street. Very close to both the SkyTrain and the subway. The next street over has a 7/11.
The rooms are a little older, but everything was clean and worked well. I think that for the price it is a very great value!

The hotel facilities are a bit old and the soundproofing is not very good, but the front desk is very friendly and the service is very good. The bathroom is great, with dry and wet separation and a filtered shower! I will consider this hotel next time I go to Thailand. It is cost-effective.

My 2nd trip in thailand and songkran festival i enjoy a lot i will coming back again next year same hotel very comfortable relax and near in all stores, mall, bar etc. Thank you Baan sukhumvit 20

Reception has restaurant downstairs. Excellent location, but at night the small road to hotel is a bit dark. Room cleanliness is not the greatest, bathroom has some smell but looks clean so all good. For the price this is the best one you can find in Sukhumvit
