Great hotel, spacious rooms and the cafe attached downstairs serves some of the best cafe food I've had. Only thing is the room has no working desk so if you come on business you have no proper working space, I had to go to the cafe the whole time. Special thanks to Noom at Front Office who was absolutely amazing my entire stay, he's so friendly and helpful - total asset to the hotel!

This is the first hotel I want to stay in after a few years.
The infinity pool and bathtub are what impressed me the most
The location is very close to BTS and has convenient transportation.
The reception staff are very kind and polite
The room's window view and oversized bathroom are very comfortable.
Breakfast has a variety of choices and is delicious👍
The overall CP value of the hotel is very high

The room was really nice! The front desk and the hotel staff were very nice. We arrived in Bangkok in the morning, and there were still a few hours before the hotel check-in. We were originally charged 1600+800 for room upgrade and early check-in. Later, the front desk said that they would only charge for the room upgrade. Every staff was very polite and responsive. The air conditioning in Thailand is generally a bit cold, and the bathroom door in the room is a bit broken, but it doesn't matter. The point is that the accommodation is comfortable and the soundproofing is pretty good at night. There are people at the front desk 24 hours a day. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Bangkok. I really want to praise the front desk staff on duty in the early morning of May 18th, because I ran out of water in the middle of the night and was very thirsty. I called and they immediately sent water. Secondly, I ordered takeout and ate it in the hotel. Because Thai takeout does not provide chopsticks and bowls, I called the front desk and they immediately sent bowls and chopsticks. It's really great! Thank you to the staff of Mode Sathorn Hotel!
