The front desk was chaotic, and it took 40 minutes to check in. At first, it said that the order could not be found, but Ctrip confirmed that the order was valid. After repeated online communication several times, after all orders were finally confirmed, we had to give up the room for three consecutive days. I have to go to the front desk to swipe my card every day, a weird operation! The rooms are arranged at the end of the corridors on different floors, and the lighting is not good!
