Impressed by their hospitality and services. Every staff makes you feel warm and very helpful. The rooms is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Only the bathroom need a little bit more effort for those moss. Breakfast is very nice and sumptuous. Tastes delicious and the variety also keeps changing every day. The location is ok but the traffic there is very bad. Little walk from the hotel to the main road where you can find 7/11 and lots of massage. Definitely worth the stay. 👍🏻

5 to 10 minutes walk to emsphere which we chose because it's near the concert hall. There are 2 hotels called courtyard by Mariott in bangkok. Choose the right one. This one feels newer and cleaner though cheaper.

Reception are not friendly, location are inconvenient

I received very warm welcome by very nice staff, Mr. Kerk. He showed his professional manner, provided us welcome drinks and iced bottle water. It was very great to have cold drinks under the hot weather in Bangkok. Another nice receptionist, Ms. Ammie arranged anniversary decoration our room. The concierge staff Paul and Tom, they are helpful to assist us on booking cafe and provided free shuttle bus service. The breakfast buffet was good and yummy. There were variety choices of food. I have a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Hotel.

Clean as it’s new. Room is rather small with 2 large luggage. Bed was king and cosy. Few massage places but rather limited food choices around. Have to travel out. Buffet is not nice as compared to other hotel I tried recently. There’s lion and dragon dance on cny day 1

Love the new hotel! The location is not bad, considering it is in between Terminal 21 (15mins), where Asok BTS and Suhkumvit MRT are, and the new Emsphere (7mins). We took the MRT from the airport to the hotel. The facilities are great, not to mention the breakfast buffet too! The service can be improved though.

hotel is new, room size is reasonable, you got all your need. we arrived in the mid-night and changed to other hotels on the next day, value of money. they also provide shuttle bus service

Very comfortable bed, beddings and pillows. Plenty of massages shops, restaurants nearby. Traffic is bad if you intend to cab in and out. Need to walk around 10mins to terminal 21 mall. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Always welcoming you!

Very good. Clean. Good location and good service. Breakfast is very good too. Would definitely stay again :))))))

Came here during Songkran, room had a chlorine/bleach smell upon entering but it was all ok. Stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly. Received a welcome drink upon checking in so that’s quite nice. All in all, a pretty decent hotel and stay.
