The room is clean and the size is just right for living.

The accommodation is clean and the service is very good.

It's very painful. Ctrip is a pure liar, and the merchants are almost liars. People who travel alone can consider it, and those who travel with two people should consider it carefully. If you travel with a family, please don't consider it at all. There is only a 711 about 300 meters away from the place where I live. There are many dogs at night, and my door cannot be locked. It is a tin house on the roadside of our mainland construction site. The glass door and curtains cannot cover the environment inside the house. The safety is extremely poor (there is no safety at all). Passersby on the roadside can come in and watch you at will, and ants crawl all over the house. I checked in at 5 pm, and I can say that I didn't sleep all night (I was afraid that someone would open the door and stab me). I was the only resident in the entire shed area. It was really painful, I wanted to curse Ctrip to death. Ctrip charged me 130 yuan, but if I booked the room offline, it only cost 75 yuan (400 baht). I rarely write reviews on Chinese platforms, but this is the worst and worst experience I have had in Thailand. I have to attack it. Except for backpackers, please really consider it carefully.

It's pretty good, with good quality and low price. There is a zoo near the hotel (similar to a family zoo), and it's also very convenient to take a taxi.

We have visited this hotel many times and were always satisfied. Last time in 2019, the quality had already fallen sharply and we were also dissatisfied with our stay (see other review). Now in 2022 after corona it seems as if no maintenance and cleaning has been done at all. Everything is dirty we won't go back. Too bad because it was a nice hotel, close to the family we visit every year. Especially the bathroom. Mold in the joints, the drain smells really bad, and the sink drains very slowly. Ants walk on the wall. Paint is peeling off the mirror. Fan full of dust and all chrome and metal objects such as taps, shower head, toilet buttons and towel rack, everything is rusted and dirty. Toilet rim behind the toilet seat not cleaned and dirty. The towels are dirty and full of stains. Dust and cobwebs everywhere in the corners and edges of the room. There is a cupboard in the middle of the hallway, I don't understand it. A new TV has been installed, but it is very unstable on a shelf. The old TV bracket is still hanging on the wall. The door does not close properly. We also couldn't close the downstairs access door properly. Normally we don't complain and something may be wrong. But this really beats everything! We will never go back here again. We have now found a new, nice, neat and clean hotel nearby, for the same price!
