The service was so bad that I couldn't extend my stay. I ordered two wrong orders on the same day. I went to report it to the front desk immediately and refused to use a translator to communicate with her. I pretended not to understand even though I could see the order and said it. The hotel didn't receive the money and didn't give a refund, so they kept refusing to stay at the hotel.
