The legendary hotel is a bit run down but location is excellent and room service as well as front desk staff are super friendly. Rooms clean but a couple of bugs were running around. Excellent lights in room and bath. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation which it had said in the booking. A/C works well but I could not find power outlets at the bed. Sufficient towels, safe box and free water bottles

A long-time go-to, but the lady is showing her age. Jacuzzi was a longstanding feature that’s been nonoperational since last October. I asked me they said maybe after Song kran! Come on, Nana…

I had an early flight to take so booked nana hotel as it is close to the bts tram.. it took 40 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel is in a perfect location as its a lively place. Swimming pool was fantastic. The reception and people there were great. Complimentary Heineken was delightful and the breakfast was good too.. The price was ideal for low to mid budget. Room was clean, bed huge, safe etc. Cons.. no kettle and the hallway wasn't the cleanest.. 9.5 out of 10

Near to nana bts. Abundance of food and drinks nearby. Ideal for party people. Hooters and nana plaza just beside. Massage..dental clinic and saloon inside hotel. Free internet and breakfast

Top spot room was comfortable and clean. And the buffet breakfast is now inside on level 4 and is good quality and variety

The location says it all, definitely not for families, getting old, but still has that old Thailand charm. Room clean, pool a nice relief and breakfast was good, generally good value for money.

Bar Staff were not vet attentative and got bills confused. Breakfast was reasonable being western food. Good Smoking Room made for a pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly and very helpfull. Rooms are very clean and a good size.you get a free drink when you check in .in the morning you get a breakfast .all you can eat .wall out side many bars ect. Hotel have there own taxi.s all very good .will be staying there again

Booked for twin room but when I tried to check in, my room wasn't available with the excuse of missing hand over about the room type, douting the room was sold to the others because I arrived at late night. Both of day and night managers wasn't on the spot, the lady in the lobby was rude and didn't even had a will to help but repeating same excuses that it wasn't her fault and there is nothing she can do so I need to share a double bed with my mate for the night. After some argue, they offered the old room which is not renovated, but at least have 2 beds. The room was creepy, old and seriously noisy till 5am next day. Literally the worst stay ever in bkk. Next day I could get the room I booked which was nice and tidy, so much different from the old room a night before but there wasn't any offer of compensation about the first day, maybe I should be happy to get my room back even for 1 day.

While most of the guests are of the solo euro boomer variety, its a great place to stay for the price. Place is a little dated but i think its sort of the charm.
