Great location and excellent service. The hotel is in retro theme. Most of the staff are young and very prompt in action.. They provide buggy service, free massage, in-house Thai costume photography, and ice cream+pop corn.. their breakfast is another level! Many varieties and delicious! I'm sure I'll be back again on my next visit!

下次不會再入住！睇comment個個都係讚，而且酒店放啲圖睇落又好乾淨企理，入住之後覺得俾人呃左。酒店房好殘舊，且污糟，被單床單全部有污漬，電視又開唔到，住落個感覺都好唔舒服。加上泳池細到不得了，上去諗住游水，見到有7個人係池入面完全冇位游。酒店所謂既24小時接送服務真係超垃圾，去到某個位置既point落車自己都仲要行一大段路，咁我洗鬼用你呢個接送服務咩。下次絕對唔會再入住！！！

My first time staying at Vince hotel, absolutely nice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 most thing I love the breakfast buffet, alottttt choices foods. Helpful staff with good English And the hotel’s golf car free take us around the pratunam area.

Cleanliness need to step up. Found some small cockroaches in the room. Other than that overall experience is great. Nice location near most of the attractions and malls. With hotel's buggy service, going to each places make easier. Breakfast is good even though some items are repetitive but I like it.

呢間酒店雖然唔係近BTS,但有酒店免費篤篤載您到鄰近BTS，如果自己行去酒店就唔好喇，住幾晚出街玩都係call Grab/的士返去，條內街行係有啲黑同埋少少僻辟感（主要係因為泰國有啲內街路面點發展規劃未完整，其實由酒店行去BTS站大約10分鐘左右，路面未鋪好，但拖篋都OK既～但係都係建議call車啦。
酒店雖然細，但係設備都算ok, 有天台露天泳池同吧，又有gym Room、餐廳、地下泰服及按摩區、selfie studio、基本lobby、廁所，雖然都係細細地，但係都好似幾夠用，而且住客都出哂去玩。仲有酒店提供免費早餐、免費泰服體驗及限時按摩（要預約）、免費下午雪條、免費大堂飲品、免費篤篤車（只到鄰近 bts point）、免費selfie studio(細細間）
職員服務態度都幾好，出入都會點頭、halo、協助叫車、主動幫手，職員各司各職，好似每個待客既崗位都有人。
酒店早餐算唔錯，老公都食得開心好味飽飽🤣，餐廳職員都幾充足，係咁繁忙嘅早餐時段可以search到咁多客人，都幾唔錯（食到11點完）。
今次主要係慶祝老公生日，所以有主動同酒店聯絡，所以酒店有Offer佈置、少少麵包cupcake提供，老公都覺得開心同驚喜，真係感謝酒店安排。
啲泰服舊咗D，但係都好足夠影相，同有效果兼靚靚嘅，仲有頭飾、飾物都可以借用。職員會幫手着，仲會用專業相機教擺pose影相send 您e-mail👍🏻，好快手send出，正呀！幫客人影咗相之後，就歡迎客人在酒店內自由影相，都幾啱幾個女仔自己上去Selfie（平時都可以，記得帶腳架）
我同老公都幾滿意呢間酒店，下次去曼谷，可能都會再幫襯👍🏻
