good quiet location. Offers complimentary tuktuk ride to the nearest 2 bts station so it is very convenient. nearby convenient shops available too.

We had an excellent stay with my family including kids. The residence had everything needed. Also good beds and quiet area. Only they charged 500 bath as a deposit for the room keys. I’m hopefully waiting to receive the amount back on my account, but am confident this will not be an issue.

This is our first time here and the staff who received us treated us very well. Frontdesk is a very friendly, nice guy. When we asked about the surrounding hotels, they explained everything to us and how to get there.
