This hotel was so bad. They don’t have an elevator to get your suitcases to the 3rd floor. Room was so small I could barely fit in the room. No lobby. It was dirty. It was in a bad location. Just don’t go there

It was a budget stay for a night for a 4 pax room and the location is excellent and the staff was helpful.

Air condition worked well. Shower worked well and looked very good and offered both hot water as well as cold.
Rooftop view was nice though I think it could do with improvement as there were only 2 seats.
I choose the room without window for a cheaper price so i cannot comment on the window.
Smoking was unavailable in the rooms however it was available on the rooftop and Terrance offering customers a nice alternative.
If you want to based in this location I would recommend.

The young man in front of the counter is very cute, speaks well and gives a lot of information. The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are soft, sleep well. The location is very good, close to BTS Phra Khanong, get off the BTS and walk less than 5 minutes, enter the alley just a little to get to the accommodation. On the opposite side there is Top daily, very convenient, or walk a little more for 10 minutes to Gateway Ekamai, a variety of food, convenient shopping, bathroom amenities include shampoo. As for liquid soap, you can't press it because the clear tube inside is broken. And there is little liquid soap left. Can't press and have to pour. There is no drinking glass in the room. But you can ask from the person in front of the counter. One light bulb in the bathroom went out.

The bed is too hard, as if springs would soon crawl out from under the mattress. The location is good, close to the Eastern Station.
